Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

All parts depicted on this website are warranted to you, the original purchaser, to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. You must notify us by phone, email or writing within the warranty period to make a claim. Liability of All Factory Wheels under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. All Factory Wheels hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All Factory Wheels is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents or normal wear. All Factory Wheels is not responsible for labor charges, inconvenience or other expenses related to installation or use of our products whether purchased from us or an independent reseller. Please read individual warranties below:

Center Caps: Center caps are sold as is. They do not come with any warranty.

Chrome Wheel: Our chrome finish comes with a one year limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This becomes void when: Purchaser has installed wheel weights on the face of the wheel or has used harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products and/or chemicals used in areas of intemperate weather for melting snow and ice.

Remanufactured Rim: Our clear coat finish holds a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This becomes void when: Purchaser has installed wheel weights on the face of the wheel or has used harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products and/or chemicals used in areas of intemperate weather for melting snow and ice.

Replica Wheel: Our clear coat finish holds a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This becomes void when: Purchaser has installed wheel weights on the face of the wheel or has used harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products and/or chemicals used in areas of intemperate weather for melting snow and ice.

Steel Wheel: Our clear coat finish holds a one year warranty to the original purchaser. This becomes void when: Purchaser has installed wheel weights on the face of the wheel or has used harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products and/or chemicals used in areas of intemperate weather for melting snow and ice.

Wheel Covers and Hubcaps: Our clear coat finish holds a one year warranty to the original purchaser. This becomes void when: Purchaser has used harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products and/or chemicals used in areas of intemperate weather for melting snow and ice.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns or Exchange Procedures

All products from All Factory Wheels have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases!

Any unused and uninstalled items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, less original shipping costs, or a 15% restocking fee if an order was shipped with free freight.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse items being returned that are older than 30 days from the date of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reconditioning of unsellable parts returned. Keep in mind that some parts may not be able to be reconditioned, therefore, would be nonreturnable.

We will not accept any parts being returned that have been installed, damaged or altered by you.

You must contact our Customer Support Team at 1-877-994-3357 for a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging.

 

DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! We request that you notify us immediately so a damage claim can be started with UPS and a replacement can be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if an item has been installed. Also, All Factory Wheels will not accept any item that has been installed.

DO NOT INSTALL ANY INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS! If for any reason you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. If it is deemed the error was our fault, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of the incorrect item. It will be emailed to you and may land in your “Junk” folder, so please check this folder as well. Keep in mind we are not able to take back installed items even if we have made the error in shipping the wrong part.

 

 

Full credit will be issued if:

Wrong merchandise is received except where ordered incorrectly.

Merchandise is damaged during shipping.

Merchandise is defective.

Merchandise does not fit your vehicle properly even though fitment was approved by All Factory Wheels.

 

If the above conditions are not met:

Credit will be given, less all freight charges incurred or a possible 15% restocking fee.

Wheels that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned.
