All Factory Wheels guarantees your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you for the purchase price.  No returns or exchanges are allowed after 14 days.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied if the product was ordered incorrectly or if the order is cancelled by the customer. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to item(s) that have been used or damaged.  The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

A return authorization number is required on all orders. If you wish to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also e-mail us directly at info@allfactorywheels.com to obtain a return authorization number.  All orders without return authorization numbers will be charged a 15%  restocking fee.  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless All Factory Wheels sends a damaged, defective or incorrect product.  Expedited shipping costs are NOT considered part of the original purchase price will not be refunded regardless of the party at fault.  Items that have been custom finished (i.e. powdercoating, chrome plating) are NOT eligible for return.  All Factory Wheels is also not responsible for costs associated with mounting or dismounting tires.  Once the wheel has been mounted, all rights to return are forfeited.
 
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, All Factory Wheels will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label.  Once the item has been received and inspected, All Factory Wheels will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.  All refunds take 2-3 business days to process.

Please note that because the staff at All Factory Wheels cannot inspect the customer’s vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the wheel that is being ordered will fit his/her vehicle.  If you have any reservations or questions, please contact us directly for assistance.
